  3. Right-click on your active connection (usually "Wi-Fi" or "Ethernet") and select "Properties".
  4. Find and select "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)" and click on "Properties".
  5. Make sure the option "Obtain DNS server address automatically" is selected. Optionally, you can use a common public DNS like Google DNS (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) or Cloudflare DNS (1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1).
• On macOS:
  1. Go to "System Preferences" (or "System Settings") > "Network".
  2. Select your active connection (Wi-Fi or Ethernet) and click on "Advanced...".
  3. In the "DNS" tab, remove any private DNS you've added and ensure the list of DNS servers is empty or contains your internet provider's default values.

Important! After making the DNS change, it is crucial to restart your browser or even your device for the changes to take effect. Then, try registering with Bitnovo again. Once you have completed your registration, you can reactivate your Private DNS if you wish.

An Additional Tip: Pay Attention to VPNs and Proxies

Similar to Private DNS, the use of Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) or proxy servers can also sometimes cause similar conflicts during registration. If you are using one, it is also advisable to temporarily disable it during the registration process.
