If you wish to make a cash withdrawal using the Cash-Out service, you need to have previously downloaded our mobile app, available for both Android and iOS.
Once you have downloaded the app and logged in, you will need to go to the "Euro Wallet" section and click on "Withdraw."
Next, you will need to enter the amount you want to withdraw and select "Continue." At this point, different withdrawal methods will be displayed, and in this case, you should choose "Cash Withdrawal."
Finally, you just need to choose the nearest affiliated point or ATM to your location or your preferred one to complete the withdrawal. Once confirmed, you will need to go to the affiliated point and show the cashier the corresponding QR code or barcode for the type of affiliated point.
