Sending your cryptocurrencies from your Bitnovo wallet to another external wallet is a simple and straightforward process. Here's how to do it:
-
Choose the cryptocurrency you want to send:
- Log in to your Bitnovo wallet (either through the mobile app or the web).
- In your asset list, select the specific cryptocurrency or token you wish to send.
- Once selected, find and click the "Send" button.
-
Choose the network (if necessary):
- If you have the same cryptocurrency or token available on different networks, the platform will ask you to select the preferred network for this transaction.
- Crucial warning! It is ESSENTIAL that the network you choose here is the same as the destination address's network. If you send cryptocurrencies to an address on a different network, you will permanently and irrecoverably lose your funds.
-
Enter the destination address:
- Once you have selected the cryptocurrency and the network (if necessary), you will need to enter the wallet address where you want to send the funds.
- Verify the address twice. You can copy and paste the address to avoid typing errors.
-
Define the amount and network fee:
- Finally, choose the exact amount of cryptocurrencies you wish to send.
- Depending on the cryptocurrency and the network you have selected, the platform will allow you to choose the network fee (gas fee) you prefer to pay. Generally, a higher fee means faster confirmation on the blockchain, while a lower fee may result in a longer waiting time.
Once you confirm the operation, your cryptocurrencies will be sent to the indicated address. You can track the transaction status in your activity history within Bitnovo.
