According to our terms and conditions, Bitnovo Gift Cards and vouchers are:

• Non-transferable: They cannot be changed to another owner.
• Non-cancellable: Once purchased, there's no turning back.
• Non-refundable: The money you paid for the voucher cannot be returned.
