How can I delete all my data?

You must go to bitnovo.com/ramp/en/login, navigate to Preferences, and select the option "Delete my account." If you're using the app, go to Settings, tap Edit, and then choose Delete account. Please note that, by law, they cannot delete all your data and are required to retain some of it for at least 10 years.
