I haven't heard of Bitnovo and there's a charge on my card

In this situation, it's possible that someone has created a fraudulent account on Bitnovo and made a transaction using your card. It's likely that your bank card has been compromised and used by someone else to acquire cryptocurrencies.

Unfortunately, if the transaction has already been sent, there's no way to cancel it or issue a refund. This is due to the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency transactions.
