How can I verify my residential address?

The Intermediate level allows you to carry out buying and selling transactions with a limit of up to €15,000 and requires the submission of proof of residence. To meet this requirement, you have the option to use one of the following documents, as long as they have been issued within the last 3 months and contain your full name and residential address:

• Utility bill (water, electricity, gas).
• Bank statement or credit card statement.
• Tax bill.
• Other government-issued proof of residence (census).

We remind you that we do not accept the following documents:

• Mobile phone bills.
• Internet bills.
• Purchase receipts.

Your proof of address must meet the following requirements:

• Show your full name.
• Show your complete residential address.
• Include the date of issue.
• The document must have been issued within the last 3 months.
• Upload an original photo or a PDF file of the documents. Screenshots will not be accepted.
