Sometimes, before approving your transaction, you may receive an email requesting card verification, in case we haven't completed this process yet. We take this step to ensure the security of our customers.
Within this email, you will be asked to provide a photograph of the card showing only the last 4 digits and the cardholder's name. This photo should be taken next to your computer or mobile device screen, clearly displaying the purchase order or transaction made.
To expedite the verification process, it's important to ensure that all information in the image is clearly visible and legible.
