Before approving your transaction, you may receive an email requesting card verification if this process hasn’t been completed yet. This measure is to ensure our customers’ security.
The email will ask you to provide a photo of your card showing only the last 4 digits and the cardholder’s name, alongside your computer or mobile screen clearly displaying the purchase order or transaction details.
To speed up the verification, please make sure all information in the image is clear and legible.
