Before approving your transaction, we may send you an email requesting verification of your Apple Pay card, in case we haven't done so yet. We perform this process occasionally to ensure the safety of our users.
In order for us to approve your transaction, please send us two images:
- A screenshot of your Apple Pay settings screen, showing your Card Number and Apple Pay Number; in both cases, only the last 4 digits will be visible.*
- A screenshot of your online bank statement with the card details associated with Apple Pay; we only need the last 4 digits and the cardholder's name to be visible. If you have the physical card, you can also send it, and there would be no need for the online bank screenshot.
