Before approving your transaction, we may send you an email requesting that you verify your virtual card, in case we haven't done so yet. We perform this process occasionally to ensure the safety of our users.
In order for us to approve your transaction, please send us a screenshot of the virtual card in your bank's app or website. We only need the last 4 digits of the card and the cardholder's name to be visible. If you prefer, you can also provide us with a card ownership certificate.
